Enquiries and project conversations
When you contact Nahal Home, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number and message. We use these details to respond, arrange a consultation and manage the project discussions you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Where your enquiry goes
The website saves your enquiry privately in WordPress, where access is restricted to website administrators, and sends a notification to info@nahalhome.com. Our hosting and email services process this information to operate those systems. Enquiry details are not sent to Google Analytics by our form integration.
Security and third-party services
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical signals for this check. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The site also loads Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed, which connect your browser to Google services. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other websites are subject to those services' own privacy policies.
Website analytics
Where our Google Analytics integration is enabled, it records limited website interaction information. Its configuration sets analytics and advertising storage to denied. Our integration excludes enquiry text, contact details and URL query strings from its event parameters.
Keeping and managing your information
We keep enquiry records as needed for responding and managing the resulting discussions, and where applicable recordkeeping requirements apply. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will review the request and explain any information we need to retain.
